Where do you ship from?

How long does shipping take?
We work with a network of global suppliers to bring you exclusive products at the best value. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
General Shipping time:
USA: 2-5 business days
Rest of World 10-30 business days
Note: These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary due to customs, logistics delays, or high demand.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or using the courier’s tracking site.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Your items may arrive in separate packages due to sourcing from different suppliers. The rest of your order is likely still in transit.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, occasionally, we run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on faulty or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at lift@liftbunker.com Once an order is shipped, we can’t make changes, and Lift Bunker is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect address information.
My package says 'delivered' but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your item:
Double-check the shipping address used at checkout
Check with neighbours or building management
Contact the courier directly for more details
Lift Bunker is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the courier.
